Application Process
We understand that applying for a hosting experience or arranging a student’s stay can feel overwhelming at times. That’s why we’re committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. From your initial inquiry to the final arrangements, we’ll provide clear guidance, helpful resources, and prompt answers to your questions. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need at every step, so you can feel confident and prepared. At We Host Louth, we’re here to support you and make the transition a seamless and positive experience.
Step 1
- Get in touch with us through our website Contact Form.
- We will schedule a video call with parents, students and our agent.
- You will be e-mailed our Application Form and Information Package prior to our video call.
Step 2
- Complete the full Application Form and return it to us as soon as possible as places are limited.
- Once your Application is accepted, a deposit payment will be required.
Step 3
- After we receive the deposit payment, we will exchange Host Family Profiles with you.
- Arrangements for flights and dates of school commencement will be provided.
Step 4
- Before you travel, we will arrange a pre-departure orientation call.
- Once everything is in place, you’ll be all set for your exciting new adventure! We’ll be ready to welcome you upon your arrival in Ireland.
